1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hinka AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Hinka AI is an AI-powered legal intelligence platform that provides information about laws and regulations in Federal Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. The platform offers legal research capabilities, multilingual support in Arabic, English, and Kurdish, and AI-driven legal analysis.
Hinka AI is an informational tool and does not constitute legal advice. The information provided should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified legal professional.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Hinka AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to engage in any activity that violates applicable Iraqi law or international law.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or proprietary technology underlying the platform. Automated scraping, data harvesting, or systematic downloading of content is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Hinka AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software — are owned by Hinka AI and protected by Iraqi and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Subscription and Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and billing cycles are described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hinka AI provides legal information on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information obtained through our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Iraqi law, Hinka AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Hinka AI after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
